Blackford and Causewayside plans

Here are two planning applications being considered at the Planning Committee on Wednesday 5th November.

The first is at 10 Blackford Road and includes a single story addition to the side of the house. The report recommending the application is granted can be found here.

The second is at 56 Causewayside and is for a redevelopment comprising a ground and first floor licensed restaurant, 4 student flats and 1 private penthouse flat. The report recommending the application is granted can be found here.

The period for formal comments is closed but you can contact me before I attend the committee with your views

10 Blackford Road looks rather slinky, a bit like the Andy Doolan extension on Dick Place. Vote it through, it's a postive contemporary addition to the Grange Conservation Area.
