Festival Theatre extension progress

Plans to extend at the rear of the Festival Theatre to build new rehearsal facilities are curreently under way. The plan is to fund the development with the two parcels of land at either side of the rear of the theatre. That may lead to a few more student flats in the area. There is some way to go, though, in sealing the deal and getting planning permission.
