Protesters charged with racism

Last August, the performance by the Jerusalem Quartet in the Queen's Hall in Clerk Street was interrupted by protesters who were then arrested and charged with a beach of the peace.  As this report indicates, they proved rather unpopular with music lovers present.  Now the Procurator Fiscal has now changed the charges against them from breach ofd the peace to racially aggravated conduct.
