Proposals to improve Cameron Toll flow

Cameron Toll is recognised as one of the bottlenecks into and out of the city. A £750,000 scheme to provide a new bus lane southwards in Old Dalkeith Road on the approach to the junction will come before the transport committee on 24th of this month. If approved, the scheme will create a dedicated lane for buses, cycles and taxis - making way for a second southbound lane for other traffic. Here are some more details.
