Halal at the Dragon Way
In October I posted on the Dragon Way Chinese Restaurant in South Clerk Street going Halal. Here is another article from the Halal Market News.
The article contains much of interest including the estimate that 40% of UK chicken and 25-30% lamb consumed in the UK meets Halal specifications.
