The mysterious death of Betty Brown

Today police are intensifying efforts to obtain information about the death of Betty Brown.  

With the last confirmed sighting in Nicolson Street on 28th May 2010, her body was found in woods in Cumbria on January 18th. 

Police in Edinburgh and Cumbria and on the route between the two points - especially the X95 bus route between Edinburgh and Carlisle - are making every effort to obtain vital clues which will throw light on her death. They will travel the route and there will be activity in Nicolson Street and other key points today.
