Livingston Place offender in custody

A prison sentence is expected
Yeoman Smith, a forensic IT consultant from Livingston Place, yesterday appeared at Edinburgh High Court when he pled guilty to the possession at his home of over half a million child pornography pictures and videos.

He also pled guilty to committing a sex act in front of a child in Penicuik. He has been remanded in custody for sentence.

Here is the account in the Shetland Times, where he was arrested whilst attending his mother's funeral last year.  Here is the Scotsman report.
