Refuse dispute rumbles on

A number of binmen are still working to rule causing continuing disruption for the collection of some bins. 

There have also been some teething problems with the introduction of new rounds and collections.  I believe the ward has been affected with relatively minor disruption.  Let me know if that is not the case for you.
