Southside Association is 40

Pic: Causey Project
Formed in 1972, the Southside Association is still going strong.  It is a charity which meets monthly in the Southside Community Centre hosting talks, events and all things connected to the Southside.

The next meeting is tomorrow at 7pm when you will be welcome.

Thank you for highlighting this, Cameron. I have yet to do a great deal of research about the early days (first two decades) of the SA. There is a filing cabinet in the community centre which is overflowing with papers, and I hope to extract some nuggets from it. I am also hoping that there will be members with good memories!
