Commonwealth Pool gears up

As the official opening date approaches* Edinburgh Leisure, who run the pool on behalf of the Council, are getting ready.

First they have announced the opening times which you can find here.   That is, 5:30am to 10pm on weekdays with week end opening as well.

Then there is a special offer, available untill 12th February only, of full monthly membership (unlimited fitness classes, gym and swimming) for £29 per month (normal charge £44.50).

* Now that opening date for the Pool.  That is still a closely guarded secret.  It should be well before the summer which was predicted when I recorded the closure for refurbishment on 1st June, 2009.  It shouldn't be long now.
