Thursday (early) for the Olympic Torch

The Olympic Torch is due to be carried through this part of Edinburgh early on Thursday morning (14th).

Leaving Lothian Road just after 7am it is carried along Grassmarket and then down the Royal Mile  before coming up Holyrood Road, the Pleasance and St Leonard's Street before making its way into Holyrood Park via Holyrood Park Road.

It then heads off towards Duddingston on its way south.  The route for the previous day is:
