Removal of telephone box Blackford Avenue

I have had several requests for the removal of the telephone box in Blackford Avenue on the east side just beside the railway.

It is a bit of an eyesore and is hardly ever used.  Clearly its upkeep will be losing them money.

As it happens, BT has notified Edinburgh Council of its intention to remove the box, pending consultation. That consultation period expires on 28th November.

If you have any views, do let me know and I will make sure they are part of the Council response to the consultation period.
